A promising Start

After only three months into 2013 already 18 boats have signed up for this year's Rolex Middle Sea Race. Such a high number so early in the year is indicative of another high turnout for this ever popular offshore classic. Some of the old regulars like Beppe Bisotto of Atame from Venice and Filippo Lancellotti with Sciara from Rome could not but be among the early entrants. Others who have discovered the fascination of this race are back too. Manuel Constantin with Rebel from Trieste was true to his parting words and has put in his entry early as did Yuri Fadeev from Russia. The RMYC are certainly pleased with this promising start and are getting ready to host another memorable event next october. Entries should put their entry on line at the event website.
